Our all-volunteer, non-profit organization has been offering classes in Vancouver for over 36 years. Since 2000 we have maintained a dedicated, leased facility to offer our programs to the community.
We offer programs tailored for adults, children, teens, women and seniors. All of our instructors volunteer their time to offer these programs.

Children's Ki-Aikido Program
By learning to unify mind and body at an early age, Ki-Aikido and Ki Development give children a foundation they can rely on for a lifetime of positive growth. In a physically active and cooperative learning environment, children learn the martial art of Ki-Aikido. As they grow, they learn how to apply these lessons to all activities: school, play, sports, and relationships. learn more![Ki Development Program](local-assets/buildingfund_mindy.jpg)
Ki Development Program
In Ki Development class students learn in detail how to unify mind and body, to help them create the happy, healthy, and successful life they want to have. In addition to the class, students are encouraged to build a personal program of training using Ki Breathing and Ki Meditation methods, and Ki Exercises for Health. learn more

Ki-Aikido Program
Before a person moves, living energy, or Ki, is sent in the direction they want to go. By unifying mind and body, a person can sense this movement and respond to it, rather than the movement of an opponent's body. The opponent is then easily led. This reading of Ki, followed by the leading of Ki, can be used in everyday life to eliminate conflict, and perform to the best of our ability regardless of circumstances. learn more![Personal Kiatsu Program](http://cdn.nwkf.org/images/home_kiatsu.jpg)
